Unicorn Workspaces is a coworking company offering modern and flexible solutions for companies, with locations in several European cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Lisbon, Munich and Potsdam. With more than 2,300 users, the company stands out for the quality of its spaces, designed to foster productivity and stimulate collaboration between teams. Each location is designed to create a dynamic environment, ideal for companies of different sizes looking for shared, highly functional workspaces. Unicorn has become a benchmark in the industry, being recognised as one of the best providers in the ‘Best Medium-Sized Service Providers’ category by the German research institute ServiceValue, an achievement it has maintained for several consecutive years.

For Unicorn Workspaces, the optimised management of coworking spaces is the main challenge, as the various areas must be accessible in a secure and versatile manner, taking into account the needs of multiple users and companies. For this, Unicorn requires an access control solution that is easy to manage, secure, and above all able to adapt to the dynamic nature of coworking. The main requirement is for a platform that allows for quick and easy management of reservations and access, offering users the ability to reserve areas, improving the overall experience.

Our contribution

ISEO has responded to these needs with the Luckey access control system by Sofia part of ISEO, which offers highly reliable and flexible access management. Unicorn Workspaces can now control access to all shared areas, dispatch rooms, multi-tenant common areas and lifts, while ensuring security in common spaces used by multiple companies. Luckey allows users to make reservations quickly and intuitively via their mobile devices, simplifying workspace management. This level of autonomy allows users and administrators to optimise their time, providing greater freedom of movement.
