An innovative residential complex blends nature, elegance and innovative security thanks to ISEO

Overlooking the skyline of Taipei's Songshan district, The Silk Court represents a new vision of urban living, where luxury meets sustainability. This 23-storey residential complex, with its elegant twin towers, is a ‘green jewel’ introducing a new vision of modern living. The project is inspired by the eco-design of the famous Bosco Verticale in Milan, bringing the essence of nature into the heart of the city. Its glass façade lends elegance and sophistication, while the private green terraces of each residence allow residents to get in touch with nature. With landscaped gardens, cantilevered ceilings and carefully designed communal spaces, every detail is designed to offer a unique living experience, combining beauty and functionality.

The Silk Court project aims to create a residential building that is not just a place to live, but a true urban oasis. The aim is to create a space that reflects the highest standards of luxury, without sacrificing sustainability, integration with nature and technological innovation. In this context, the security and privacy of the residents are key elements, as is the freedom of movement that is guaranteed by smart, state-of-the-art access solutions.

Our contribution

ISEO responded to these needs with an innovative solution: the X1R Easy motorised electronic lock for armoured doors met the customer's requirements, thanks to its combination of advanced security and ease of use. With X1R Easy, each residence at The Silk Court is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allows owners to open their security doors with a variety of credentials, including PIN codes, RFID cards, tags or external controls, and provides privacy and peace of mind without compromising residents' freedom of movement. Thanks to ISEO, The Silk Court has managed to combine the aesthetics of luxury and sustainability with the need for high security.
