SeiMilano is a project that aims to create a ‘garden city’, a place where architecture blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. Developed by Borio Mangiarotti and designed by MCA - Mario Cucinella Architects, the masterplan aims to create an inhabited park open to the community, dedicated not only to nature, but also to sport and leisure. The project is developed around a central park, around whose perimeter residential buildings, offices and commercial spaces are distributed. The concept of permeability between the different functions - residential, office and park - is at the heart of this development, promoting a strong sense of community and inclusion among residents and visitors.

Requests

Flexible and reliable management of the entrances to the different spaces was SeiMilano's main request. To meet it, the designers found advanced access control solutions in ISEO, with a system that not only ensured effective and secure control, but was also able to easily adapt to the different requirements of daily use of the spaces.

Our contribution

ISEO supplied Luckey access control system by Sofia part of ISEO, which allows access permissions to be sent and access to shared areas and communal spaces, such as lifts and dispatch rooms, to be optimally managed, while ensuring technologically advanced and secure access control. Flexibility and ease of use guarantee efficient management, in line with the principles of innovation and community on which the project is based. Thanks to Luckey, SeiMilano not only optimises space management, but also promotes total freedom of movement for its users.
