Choose & Work was looking for a solution designed to meet the needs of users and managers, with a secure and intuitive access system that would eliminate the complexity of managing physical keys and simplify the user experience.

Our contribution

Luckey application of Sofia part of ISEO allows users to book and access spaces, whether private offices, shared areas or meeting rooms, directly from their smartphone, meeting the demand for convenience and security. At the same time, being a plug-and-play system that makes spaces operational quickly and offering integration with existing software, Luckey enables managers to optimise and manage resources, keeping costs under control and ensuring automated and secure access, for more sustainable, secure and efficient workspace management.

Flexibility is essential in coworking spaces, and the Luckey application with ISEO's Connected devices, integrated with the Choose & Work platform, perfectly addresses this need. Members can book meeting rooms, offices or shared spaces online, receiving a PIN code or badge for direct access. Sofia part of ISEO's real-time management system optimises user experience and space management, making access more responsive and personalised.

The integration of ISEO's smart access management system with Choose & Work also enables the centralisation of all booking, payment and access management services in a single platform, simplifying and reducing the administrative burden for managers.
