Back

Two years after its first publication, the updated ISEO Reference Book is back – a volume that tells the story of the company’s evolution through some of its most significant projects in the world of access control. It's a true journey through innovation, technology, and freedom of movement, designed not only to celebrate achievements but to inspire what lies ahead.

The Reference Book was created as a communication tool to showcase the projects carried out by ISEO in various market segments: public buildings, residential constructions, critical infrastructures, and much more. The volume gathers concrete success stories enriched with captivating images and evocative descriptions, demonstrating the company’s ability to offer customised and integrated solutions that go far beyond simply opening or closing a door.

Developed in collaboration with The Plan – Architecture & Technologies in Detail magazine, this edition retains the projects from the first publication and adds 12 new case studies.

Among these are significant achievements in the Public Buildings sector, such as Luiss University in Rome, which adopted the Luckey system for smart campus entry management, and SEA Milan Airports, where ISEO installed a system with mechatronic technologies to optimise airport flows. Additionally, the Banca Popolare di Sondrio and the UIMM Savoie training centre in France have chosen ISEO for advanced and secure access control.

In the Real Estate sector, ISEO confirms its leadership with seven new projects focused on models of Flexible Living and Flexible Workspaces. These include the skyscraper The Silk Court in Taipei, the urban redevelopment of UpTown Milano, coliving spaces like SeiMilano and 5Square Social Housing, the multifamily villa in Bukit Damansara, Malaysia, and distributed coworking solutions such as Unicorn Workspaces and the Choose & Work platform present in France, Spain, and Belgium. In each of these contexts, ISEO solutions ensure safety and freedom of movement.

Significant attention is also given to the Utilities and Critical Infrastructures sector, where the collaboration with Vantage Towers represents an emblematic example. ISEO now manages access control for over 18,000 sites across Europe, with over 40,000 F9000 mechatronic devices and the LSA system, supported by an end-to-end customer support and project management service.

The 2025 Reference Book is a tangible snapshot of ISEO’s ability to design solutions that protect, simplify, and unlock freedom of movement. It serves as a reference point for those building the structures of the future and seeking partners capable of blending security, design, and innovation.
