ISEO Ultimate Access Technologies has obtained the ‘Gender Equality’ certification, issued by ICIM S.p.A. according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard. This important milestone confirms the company's commitment to promoting a working environment that is fair, inclusive and respectful of diversity, valuing the contribution of each individual.


A recognition that enhances a path of growth

The certification was obtained following a careful verification of requirements in six key areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, opportunities for growth and inclusion of women, pay equity, and protection of parenthood. The result rewards the commitment that ISEO has always had in guaranteeing equal opportunities, with particular attention to the presence of women in the company and to reducing the gender pay gap.


A concrete commitment to lasting change

Gianluigi Fenocchio, Chief Human Resources & Ethics Officer, said: ‘The certification process demonstrates ISEO's commitment to promoting an inclusive culture capable of generating sustainable and lasting change. One of the main objectives is to ensure continuous training, starting with top management, aimed at eliminating prejudice and promoting a fair working environment that respects diversity’.

Among future priorities, ISEO aims to strengthen social policies for families, improving the work-life balance of employees and introducing measures to support parenthood, such as ‘accompanied return’ and the possibility of full remote working for new mothers.

In line with its international vocation, ISEO plans to extend the certification to the other countries in which it operates, with the aim of promoting a globally shared inclusive culture.
